Don't forget to cite your sources!! Don't want to get caught in the plagiarism trap.
Some of the databases create citations for you that you can cut and paste.
You may want to put some math equations in your paper. If so, you can do so easily by choosing the Insert Plugin -> PB Wiki Magic -> Equation. LaTex requires you to supply the special characters preceeded with a \ (backslash).

Here are some quick things you may need.

Greek Letters

Lower case greek letters are are usually their name. Lower case \gamma and upper case gamma \Gamma . Of course there is your friend and mine \pi .

Fractions

Fractions are created using the \fraction. So \fract {numerator} {denominator} <img contenteditable="false" src

Welcome to the Library Stuff Page.

Feel free to add any hints or tips.

To locate research material for your project, check out the NCC Library website: library.ncc.edu

All the important research tools are in the left column.

To find books, click on NASCAT.

All books have call numbers to help you find them on the shelves.

Call numbers A-N are on the 2nd floor; P-Z are on the 3rd floor.

To find articles, use our databases. Click on Resources A-Z.

You will need your NCC ID barcode # if you are searching from home.

Each database has articles from magazines, newspapers and scholarly journals. Some have digital books.

Here are some good databases to try for this assignment.
